Coldbox appoints Canadian President and Chief Operations Officer

Burlington, ON – November 18, 2021 – Environmentally controlled facilities design-builder, Coldbox is pleased to announce the appointments of Paul D’Agostino to Chief Operations Officer (Canada and U.S.) and Brian Rosabal to President, Coldbox Canada.

“I am delighted that Paul and Brian, two dynamic and longstanding team members, will assume the roles of Chief Operations Officer and President of Coldbox Canada,” said Marko Dzeletovich, Coldbox Founder & CEO. “Their expert knowledge of our business and the industry has been instrumental in the company’s success over the last decade and will be crucial in supporting exciting national projects currently underway and client growth as we go forward.”

Paul started at Coldbox as a project manager and has held progressively senior roles over his ten-year career, most recently as Director of Design Build.

“I am humbled by the team’s trust in me to assume the role of Chief Operations Officer for Canada and the U.S.,” said Paul D’Agostino, “I look forward to leading the implementation our strategic vision operationally across Canada, the U.S. and beyond.”

Brian started as a site superintendent and has steadily assumed more responsibility in his eleven-year career with Coldbox. He most recently filled the role of Director of Project Development.

“I am excited to recommit to the Coldbox team as President,Coldbox Canada and support the expansion of the Canadian operations,” said Brian Rosabal. “In this role, I will lead the team to help our clients grow their business with speed to market, profit efficiency and at the lowest total cost of ownership.”

Coldbox recently expanded into the U.S. with a new office in Atlanta, Georgia.
