The British Retail Consortium compliant facility includes a freezer, cold dock, and production rooms. The project also included renovation of the existing offices, significant plumbing modifications, and a storefront fit-out. Coldbox was able to employ an expedited progressive design-build delivery model for the project to satisfy the client’s need for early occupancy to commence production.
